• Content & metadata — the media you upload (images, video, documents), playlists, schedules, and the displays you connect.
• Usage & playback data — analytics such as plays, skips, uptime, and device status used to power your dashboard and reports.
• Payment information — handled by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the service.
• Process subscriptions and payments.
• Provide support and respond to your requests.
• Secure the platform and prevent abuse.
• Improve features and reliability.

We share data only as needed with trusted processors:

• Amazon Web Services (S3) — secure storage and delivery of your media.
• Razorpay — payment processing for paid plans.
• Resend — transactional email, such as password-reset codes.
• Google — optional sign-in if you choose to use it.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data, except where we are required to retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and presigned, time-limited upload URLs for media. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

You can access and update most of your information from your account settings. You may also request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Your information may be processed in the regions where we and our service providers operate. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

Display Node is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
