Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Display Node ("Display Node", "we", "us"). If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Display Node is a digital-signage platform that lets you pair displays, upload media, build and schedule playlists, and monitor playback across your fleet. Features and plan limits are described on our pricing page.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Upload or display content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Use the service to violate the rights or privacy of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants' data.
• Exceed or circumvent the limits of your plan.

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You retain ownership of the media and information you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Display Node a limited license to host, process, and deliver Your Content to your displays for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use and display Your Content.

The Display Node platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property other than the right to use the service in accordance with them.

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features, and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Display Node will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
